I believe that every person can grow when offered safety, support, and the opportunity to learn new skills in evidence-based therapy. I am a psychologist licensed in Washington State and a psychology professor at Whitman College*. I practice primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) integrated with behavioral psychoeducation, solution-focused, and other elements.
Typically weekly 45-min. sessions over a secure videoconferencing telehealth platform.
Currently accepting several forms of health insurance as a participating (in-network) provider. (For out-of-network services, courtesy out-of-network billing is available.)
